General characteristics
The hotel was opened in 2003 on the ground floor in the classical
architecture building constructed at the end of XX century and
renovated according european standards recently. The hotel staff are
welcoming guests following the best traditions known as real
Petersburg style and culture. All the staff can speak English . There
are only 9 apartments that assures and guarantees warm comfortable
home atmosphere for every visitor. Complete security is provided with
all possible means, including video monitoring.

Location
The hotel is as close to Nevsky prospect as 30 meters -
just in very city heart. It's not far from central underground
stations: "Mayakovskaya", "Plochshad Vosstania" and "Plochshad
Alexandra Nevskogo". The area around is known as one of the most
fashionable and respectable one, representing real spirit and original
elegance of Petersburg. Prosperous wealthy people settled here in
times of capitalism development. The Alexander Nevsky Monastery,
which Peter the Great began to built in 1713, is situated at that end
of Nevsky prospect on the Neva river banks. It was the largest and the
most important religious center before revolution. There is the
Memorial cemetery where famous statesmen, architects and outstanding
people were bured.Their tombs are real pieces of art created by known
designers. Walking to the opposite direction you will reach the
monument commemorising the victory in the Great Patriotic War on
Vosstanija square. Nothing could be finer than Nevsky prospect with
all its wonderfull sights , buildings, monuments and bridges .Don't
miss the opportunity to walk along it.
There are 9 large apartments in the hotel, 8 of them have separated
beds, and only one has one large bed. All necessary things are in the
rooms including telephone and TV-set with satellite chanels. Toilets,
shower and bath are situated on the floor.
Meals
Breakfast is included, it is served in the buffets on the
living floor, besides you may order dinner or supper in your appartment.
Additional Services
Visitors can get their clothes washed and ironed, have baby bed if necessary and buy phone cards. Besides, you may order pure drinking water.
